As I began to take on leadership roles of increasing responsibility I had to face my insecurities about being an executive in the U.S. defense and intelligence industry – an industry primarily dominated by men.  I needed executive presence.  Terri’s tailored, transformative and thought-provoking coaching helped me gain increased confidence and self-awareness to be my authentic self. Her ability to provide a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment where I could unlock my potential was a key turning point for my career.  Even today, several years later, I continue to use Terri’s words to fuel my purpose, prospective and actions when I am faced with new challenges. If you want to be a leader, executive presence is crucial. Terri is absolutely the best to help you master this art and to help you find your own original voice.

Ms Fedonczak did a presentation on ‘Survival Guide for High School’ at Lewis School for the 8th grade girls.  The presentation was well received by our students and I had many positive comments from both students and their parents.  We are thinking about having another gathering at the end of the year to see if our students have additional questions in their final days before entering High School.

On behalf of Niceville High School Leadership, I want to thank you for taking the time to come speak to all four of our classes. The fourth semester tends to be a time when students get overwhelmed with upcoming exams, stressed about graduation, and anxious to get out of school for the summer. Your approach to stress and time management was refreshing. Many students said you connected with them like a friend and not like an adult. They said you did not lecture them, but rather related to their every day trials and tribulations. Thank you again!!

Terri walked me through the hardest time of my life and helped me to understand what I was feeling and intentionally sit in the moment of my sadness. Thus making it possible to move through it and find peace in the passing days. I am so thankful that I had Terri to help me process all that went on during this very difficult time in my life. Along the journey I also realized so many things about myself and my family! My relationship with my mother is the best it has ever been and I am so grateful for that! I have more energy to do things I love and I have found ways to enjoy the things that I didn't want to do at all!  I am very thankful to have gone through this amazing experience that has enabled me to be more open in all my relationships. Life coaching with Terri has enriched my life and helped to lead me in a direction of continued growth.

My daughter and I got along well when she was in high school, but when she went off to college our relationship became very frustrating, to the point that I was less than excited when I heard her ring tone on my cell phone!  Life coaching with Terri changed that by giving me the tools to deal with the this new phase of our relationship and of my life, so that I could be there for my daughter without losing myself and my sanity, and I can proudly say that our relationship is better than ever, and now I look forward to hearing her special ring tone! 

850 Elite has really reinforced and complemented the values and characteristics we want to see develop in our daughter. This program is so much bigger than volleyball and we couldn't be happier to be a part of the 850 family!

My daughter's self confidence has grown tremendously since becoming a part of 850. She also has improved in her leadership and communication skills. We are so thankful for the role 850 plays in her life.

Since joining 850 I’ve seen a positive change in my child’s attitude and ability to work with others, My daughter has an even bigger passion for the game of volleyball.  The coaches are amazing and Terri always finds a way to bring the girls back when they are feeling down. She is so positive and the girls just love her.

GP4G has filled my cup and given me strength and courage when I have none. I have learned with you that true transformation requires vulnerability, and in that vulnerability lies POWER. GP4G created a safe space for vulnerability and grew this into an incredible community of powerful women. I am transformed and inspired and am forever grateful!

This was an amazing team experience for our program!!! The girls were able to reconnect with teammates and bond with the new faces in a fun atmosphere. Any time would truly benefit from an experience like we had and it was the perfect jump start to an amazing season!!! Pre-season went smoothly,  since the girls already had formed trust!!! Thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality, and support!!!
